Graphical interface
EasyInventory’s unique graphical interface allows you to see at a glance the exact value of your belongings. You quickly build up a picture of where every item is, what condition each is in and more.

For example, the opening pie chart shows a breakdown by category ("Electrical", "Kitchenware", "Garden & DIY", etc). A quick click on the “Electrical” category brings up further pie charts showing the split of all Electrical items by Condition, Heir, Location and Owner.
Fast data entry
With EasyInventory’s innovative approach to data entry you can choose to store the bare minimum (to get a quick valuation) or take a little more time to gain a better understanding of item Owners, Conditions, Heirs and so on. Unlike other inventory programs, you can get up and running with a full valuation very quickly and in one sitting, adding more item detail at a later date if you wish.
And as it’s not just the obvious things that would need to be replaced if there was a theft, fire or flood, EasyInventory’s built-in lists of items can help you put together a complete picture of your belongings. As well televisions and computers, there are also white goods (fridges, microwaves), clothes, rugs, mattresses, food and wine, books and DVDs, and much more.

Fully portable
EasyInventory is completely portable – with a small file size it can be copied to and run from a USB key or can be used on other PCs without leaving any other trace of your activity (no installation is necessary). Strong encryption keeps information completely safe and secure.
Printed reports
A range of printed reports is available, including a full item listing, a high-value item listing and a variety of summary reports.
Support for multiple inventories
With EasyInventory there is no limit on the number of inventory files, so you can have one file for your main home, one for a holiday home, etc. Landlords can use EasyInventory to track multiple properties.
Quick backups
Since an inventory that's lost with their possessions isn't much good, EasyInventory has a quick data backup feature. And because data files are encrypted they can be safely stored online or remotely.
